Execution Sequence

Phase 1: Dealership Inventory Export Step 1

Export DMS or Web Inventory

Generate a CSV export containing VIN, Year, Make, Model, Trim, Mileage, Exterior/Interior Color, Transmission, Price, and Image directory links.

Phase 2: Vehicle Vertical Field Mapping Step 2

Configure FBVerse Vehicle Module

Open the Vehicle Vertical tab in FBVerse Bot. Map CSV columns to Facebook's native vehicle attributes (Fuel type, Title status, Transmission, Body style).

Phase 3: Local Sales Radius Placement Step 3

Target Dealership Market Radii

Use Zip Radius Finder to select primary city zip codes within 25-50 miles of your showroom. Assign geo-coordinates across vehicle listings.

Phase 4: Automated Publishing & AI Lead Routing Step 4

Publish Inventory & Route Test-Drive Inquiries

Trigger batch upload. Enable AI Messenger Auto-Reply with automated dealership address and test-drive appointment scheduling links.
